China – Xishuangbanna – Washed

An excellent Washed Catimor from Xishuangbanna Prefecture, Yunnan Province, China.

This coffee is a twist on your classic coffee flavor profile. All the “Coffee” flavors you might think of are there, but with an additional presence of a delicate Oolong tea, and a kick of lime. It s held together by a buttery shortbread note, giving the feeling of sitting down with a slice of key lime pie.

It’s truly delightful and one of our roaster’s favorites!
