Producers Treated Properly

It is important to us that every person in the coffee process are treated and paid fairly. As such we only source beans from regions and farms where farmers and workers are being given what they’re worth and are having their needs taken care of. We believe that coffee is a people-centric industry. No matter how much tech you throw into the mix, at the end of the day there is nothing without the people every step of the way to bring the sweet delicious beans from trees into your brewer of choice.

Without producers there is no coffee! Without importers there is no coffee! Without roasters there is no coffee! By taking the best care of all the workers along the way it helps us to take the best care of all of you!

Less-Than-Conventional Origins

Incredible coffee can come from unexpected places! At Analog we focus mainly on coffee from East and Southeast Asia. In particular, China’s Yunnan province is one of our favorite up-and-coming origins. In the short time that they have been producing, the farmers in this area are already growing world class product, and with eleven growing regions throughout the province there is a lot of variety to be had within this one region.

We are also big fans of Vietnam’s coffee. Vietnam is of course one of the world’s leading producers of Robusta, but it is not often thought of as an Arabica nation. But it absolutely should be! Vietnamese producers have been growing some incredible Arabica in recent years, including one of the fruitiest fruit bombs we’ve ever tasted.

Tested for Quality

All of our roasts are exhaustively tested to make sure that we are bringing out the best in every bag we import and every batch we roast. Every bag is made with love by a human being, and if it’s not the best it can be the coffee doesn’t make it out the door. You can be sure that when you choose to brew with Analog Coffee Collective you’re in for a delightful cup of bean juice!
